John Lonergan - Independent Consultant
Inclusive IT Consulting was created in May 2020 to address the needs of Disability and Mental Health Providers who could benefit from utilising IT solutions, but lacked the funding and/or capability to do so. Started by John Lonergan as an individual consultancy, the aim is to leverage John’s 20+ years experience in the IT industry to help Non Profit organisations find creative ways to use IT and better service people facing challenges of inclusion in the community.

With over 20 years experience in the IT Industry, John is able to provide a wide range of expertise to help Disability, Mental Health and Aged Care Providers. Whether you need a few hours to discuss an issue, an IT Coach to provide recommendations for improvements, or an ongoing IT Executive on a part-time basis, Inclusive IT can assist.

IT Coach
Whether it's a 2 Day Blast Engagement or an ongoing relationship, Inclusive IT can provide you with an IT Coach. Providing an independent view of your use of IT software, methods and processes, and recommendations to make small or large adjustments to optimise the services you provide your Clients.
Govern IT
Provide an IT perspective on Governance for your Organisation. Where a Board does not have IT Industry expertise, Inclusive IT can provide an Advisory service to make sure Governance accountability needs include IT considerations. Areas such as Cyber Security, Data Privacy and Disaster Recovery need to have Risks identified, categorised and mitigation strategies in place.
Grant IT
Government Grants provide a significant and important source of funding for Non Profit organisations. Inclusive IT can provide input to your Grant submissions to help identify Technology considerations to improve the Program Business Case and potentially increase the Funding provided. We can also assist with a structured framework to make sure your submission focuses on Outcomes and Deliverables, and meets the key criteria. Inclusive IT can also be used to Manage the Program of work if successful.
Inclusive Sports Coaching
John also provides Sports Coaching services for people with a Disability. John is a Level 2 Cricket Australia Coach and the current Head Coach of the Australian Team for Players with an Intellectual Disability.
